Soliloquy: Reach Out

Two possibilities exist: either we are alone in the Universe or we are not. Both are equally terrifying.
— Arthur C. Clarke

After escaping her exploding space station in a slow-moving pod, Reach Out follows an unnamed Passenger as she floats through an empty corner of the universe. As the days pass, and the stars go out, she fears that she will never be found by anyone.
